1. Ownership & Disclosure
   You declare that you are the lawful owner of the items submitted and that all items are authentic. You agree to fully disclose all relevant information relating to the items.

2. Fraud & Misrepresentation
   In the event that negligence, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity is identified, LuxuryLover reserves the right to report such acts to the relevant local authorities. Any amounts previously paid to you must be returned in full to LuxuryLover.

3. Identification Requirement
   You agree to provide LuxuryLover with a copy of your official identification document, including personal particulars, subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

4. Consent to Contact
   You consent to LuxuryLover contacting you regarding item status updates, promotions, events, and notifications, notwithstanding your registration with the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry.

5. Risk & Liability
   While LuxuryLover will exercise reasonable care in handling your items, all items left at our retail stores are done so at your own risk. LuxuryLover shall not be held liable for normal wear and tear arising in the ordinary course of business, or for loss or damage due to events including but not limited to break-ins, theft, fire, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Item Drop-Off, Valuation & Proposal
   You may drop off items or request a valuation at our retail stores. LuxuryLover will subsequently advise whether we propose to:

• purchase the item (with payment made on the spot),

• accept the item on consignment (to sell on your behalf), or

• return the item to you.

Any proposal provided is valid for one (1) business day. Should you decide not to proceed, you are required to collect your item within seven (7) business days.
Either a hard copy or electronic copy of the relevant form must be presented at the time of collection.

   7.Lucky Wheel Voucher
      Each item is eligible for the redemption of one (1) Lucky Wheel voucher only.
      This voucher is valid for online purchases only.

   8.Credit Card Transactions & Chargebacks

By completing a credit card transaction, the customer confirms:

• They are the authorized cardholder.

• The transaction is voluntarily approved.

• The purchased item is received in person and in satisfactory condition.

Any chargeback or payment dispute raised after the transaction will be formally contested using transaction records, signed invoices, and delivery confirmation.

   9.Tourist & Overseas Customers

For tourists and overseas customers:

• Items must be collected in person unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Luxury Lover is not responsible for loss, damage, or seizure after the item leaves our premises.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import regulations in their home country.

  10.Fraud Prevention

To protect both parties, Luxury Lover may:

• Request identification for high-value transactions.

• Retain transaction records for security and compliance purposes.

• Refuse service if fraudulent activity is suspected.
