Our Authentication Approach

Each item is assessed by our experienced in-house team, who examine multiple aspects of the product, including materials, craftsmanship, branding details, hardware, stitching, serial information, and overall construction.

For selected items and eligible brands, we may also utilise professional third-party authentication tools such as Entrupy to support the verification process.

Authentication is performed using a combination of expert knowledge and professional tools, ensuring that each item meets brand-specific standards before being listed.

Transparency and Buyer Confidence

Where available, accompanying accessories such as original receipts, authenticity cards, dust bags, or boxes will be clearly stated on the product listing. Condition details are transparently described to help customers make informed decisions.

Customers are welcome to inspect items in person at our physical boutique in Singapore prior to purchase, providing an additional layer of confidence beyond online-only transactions.
